  • Customers are advised to order directly from Directed Media Inc. to guarantee you receive the best quality products, the best rates and the best service. 

  • You may purchase products using the following methods:

  • We advise all visitors to review our POLICIES before ordering.
  • For Educators, School Districts or businesses using a Purchase Order, please submit your Purchase Order via email to info@directedmediainc.com or via our online contact form. 
  • Orders without a Purchase Order number must be paid in advance. The best method is by purchasing online.

 

SHIPPING

  • All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 days. 
    • USPS Ground (1-5 days)
    • USPS Priority Mail (1-3 days)
    • UPS Ground (1-5 days)

 

RECEIVING ORDERS & CLAIMS

  • Upon receipt of your Directed Media Inc. order, we suggest you count all cartons/boxes and note any shortages or damages on the carrier’s Bill of Lading.
  • Shortage claims MAY NOT be honored if cartons are signed for but not delivered. 
  • Check all deliveries with the Packing Slip provided. Then compare the Packing Slip to the Purchase Order (P.O.) for verification of items received. 
    ATTENTION:   
        • DO NOT STAMP OR BARCODE PRODUCTS UNTIL ABSOLUTELY SURE YOU RECEIVED THE CORRECT ITEM.
        • REPORT ANY DAMAGED PRODUCTS WITHIN 10 DAYS OF DELIVERY.
        • RETURNS ARE ALLOWED UP TO 30 DAYS AFTER DELIVERY.
        • PRODUCTS BEING RETURNED WILL NEED TO BE IN NEW CONDITION AND IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. USED OR DISCOUNTED/SALE PRODUCTS ARE NOT ABLE TO BE RETURNED.
        • STAMPED, BARCODED OR USED PRODUCTS MAY NOT BE RETURNED.
